3-4km Run and Beers

Hope those that took part in the Frank Duffy 10 Miler last weekend had a great time, and are suitably recovered to head out with us this Wednesday for a wee run to the old spiritual home of the Group, The Blackbird in Rathmines, where it all started. If the weather stays true to the forecast, another lovely evening in store, and a beer garden to relax in after the run.

For newcomers, our Group Runs are great fun, safe for all, and once the run is complete, we can share a beer, have a good chat, make new friends, and look forward to the following week.
