3-4km Run and Beers

Happy New Year Everyone -

What better way to start the New Year with a wee run and a bit of craic afterwards with friends, old and new, over a beer or three. Yes, after a couple of weeks of festivity and no Wednesday night run with the Gang, this week we return to action with a run to Birchall's in Ranelagh.

For newcomers, our Group Runs are great fun, safe for all, and once the run is complete, we can share a beer, have a good chat, make new friends, and look forward to the following week. So, if you promised yourself to get fitter and maybe make new friends in 2026, come and join us. We meet every Wednesday on the Grand Canal Bridge across from The Barge pub in Ranelagh. (The WeWork side)... All levels are welcome, come and join us.......
