3-4km Run and Beers

Rumour has it that the rain may be going away, although I'm sure that will only be believed when it's seen. While we wait, this week we'll be running (or taking the bus!) to Rody Bolands in Rathmines for our Wednesday evening run and craic.

Another rumour have been spreading that there might be some old returnees this week, but you'll have to come along to find out of this one is true - Way I read it is that this one is probably more likely than the sun coming out and the rain to disappear!

For newcomers, our Group Runs are great fun, safe for all, and once the run is complete, we can share a beer, have a good chat, make new friends, and look forward to the following week.
