Well, what do you know? The weather has decided to grant us a wee summer this year, so hoping as I type this on Sunday that the sun will still shine upon our souls and this weeks run, to The Lower Deck in Portobello, will see warmth and joy for all - Plenty of room to enjoy the evening sun on the square in front of the pub -

I appreciate that there is a wee matter of a football match on Wednesday evening, but the Lower Deck does have a Big Screen, and if you run fast enough you will be just in time for Kick Off - I'm sure that everyone will be ready to cheer England on, in true Irish Spirit, as they get beat in yet another Semi-Final!
For newcomers, our Group Runs are great fun, safe for all, and once the run is complete, we can share a beer, have a good chat, make new friends, and look forward to the following week.
