3-4km Run and Beers

Another week flies by, before we will know it the Dublin Marathon will be upon us and I'll be planning the Christmas Party. Can't really complain about the summer weather we have been having even if the forecast for this week is a tad unsettled. But to keep everything flowing, this week the run will take us to McSorleys in Ranelagh (I hope!), so why not come along and enjoy the "cooler" weather, yes I did type that in an Irish Running Group, and join us for the craic.
For newcomers, our Group Runs are great fun, safe for all, and once the run is complete, we can share a beer, have a good chat, make new friends, and look forward to the following week.
