3-4km Run and Beers

Bit of an up and down weather at the moment, but never let an Irish Weather Forecast stop us from having a good night out. This week we will be heading to Birchalls in Ranelagh for our wee run, before enjoying a welcome pint to wash away the lactic acid from the run.

For newcomers, our Group Runs are great fun, safe for all, and once the run is complete, we can share a beer, have a good chat, make new friends, and look forward to the following week.
