We are a spirited and inclusive community based in Fredericksburg, VA, where camaraderie, athleticism, and empowerment thrive both on and off the pitch. Welcome to Rappahannock Womxn’s Rugby—the vibrant heart of women’s rugby in Fredericksburg!
Whether you’re lace-up ready, rugby-curious, or a seasoned player, new teammates of all levels are always welcome to experience the energy and passion that drives our team. We gather for 15s practices every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30–8:30 PM at Duff McDuff Park (401 River Rd). These sessions are a perfect mix of conditioning, skills training, and teamwork.
Our aim? To grow stronger, faster, and more confident—both on the field and in each other’s lives. But Rapp Rugby isn’t just about the game—it’s about building friendships, supporting each other, and growing in a fun, spirited environment. Beyond practice, we thrive on camaraderie and community spirit. You’ll often find us at local hangouts, baseball games, or community fairs—always ready to chat rugby, share merch, and cheer things on.
