Want to feel seen, known and supported in your health journey with a rare disease or autoimmune disease? Join us with for sharing and support as we share our personal stories or those of a loved one we are supporting. Our goal is to work toward remaining positive as we Choose Joy in Our Journey.

We will use this time to share our experiences and ideas on how to remain positive throughout the challenges of our diseases.

Group Policy

• RESPECT / CONFIDENTIALITY - We agree that we will not share other peoples' stories outside the group. We will respect each other during time of sharing.
• LISTENING v. ADVICE - We will share advice only if asked. This is not counseling for each other but listening and supporting each other in our journeys.
• OUR STORY ONLY - We will share our story but resist talking about other people's conditions or experiences.
