RARE stands for Radically Attuned Relational Encounters — a transformative group experience where presence becomes the gateway to self-realization, deep human connection, and healing.
At RARE, we practice States of Awareness Training and Transformational Connection. These are not just exercises — they are living practices that return us to ourselves and one another. Through meditations on presence, on each other, and on the space between us, we learn to listen with our whole being. We play Authentic Relating Games — joyful, curious, playful, and sometimes breathtakingly deep. These experiences invite us to reveal who we are, again and again — to be seen, felt, and deeply understood.
The RARE method is built on the truth that all human problems are, at their core, relational in nature. The attachment injuries we carry — whether through neglect, control, betrayal, or the absence of attunement — shape our emotional lives in lasting ways. They can be healed. They are healed through attuned connection, practiced consistently, and held with skill.
In our 14-week containers, participants gather in pods of 8, meeting weekly for 3 hours of immersive, experiential connection and self learning. We create a field where safety, boundaries, self-acceptance, and truth-telling are not just valued — they’re practiced. We learn to protect ourselves without closing our hearts. We learn to give and receive love without giving ourselves up. And we learn that transformation doesn't require fixing — it requires presence and choice.
Which brings us to Redecision Therapy, a process we use which is rooted in Gestalt techniques and powerful group-supported personal choice. Here, we reach into the inner moments where old decisions were made — and choose again.
