Most rooms invite you to perform some version of yourself. This experience is designed for just the opposite. We co-create a highly intentional relational field that holds the safety and affirmation needed to assist us in revealing the parts of ourselves that we would like to have seen but usually keep hidden.

In these encounters, we meet ourselves and each other as we are. We attend to each nervous system in the room with precision and presence. We let contact deepen. We discover what becomes possible when we stop hiding.

People who stay with this practice tend to report deepening confidence in who they actually are, enhanced relationships, and breakthroughs in personal effectiveness.

You don't need to arrive prepared or good at any of this. We move slowly. There is generous permission to say no, to set your pace, and to take from the practice what you want.
