Welcome to the Raring2GROW meetup group!

The group aims to provide an opportunity for entrepreneurs and organisation leaders who are "going for growth" to meet up, socialise, share ideas and help one another.

If you are a business owner or leader of an organisation that is trying to grow, but not quite sure how to go about it, or even if you know exactly what you are going to do but just want someone to run your ideas past... then Raring2GROW is for you.

Meeting up with other entrepreneurs who may have faced similar challenges to your own, and benefiting from their expertise, is a great way to learn and get past potential "road blocks". You also get to pass on your experiences to others... and you never know there might even be opportunities to work with each other!

It's not all about work though, there has to be some time for fun.

As the group is new, we will have to find our feet and work out what is the best way for people to get the most from it.

I am the joint founder of nFocus, a small Midlands based IT consultancy (specialising in software testing) that thankfully is doing well at the moment. We are attempting to grow our business substantially so I have signed up to the Goldman Sachs 10000 Small Business Growth Program, which I have found to be great; it has made me question our approach to growth and helped me put together a plan. I have particularly enjoyed meeting other people who are as passionate about their organisations as I am about mine.
