A Taste of the Nizam: A Hyderabadi Tasting Journey
Details
Hi everyone! For our very first regional feature, we are diving into the royal kitchens of Hyderabad. Known as the "City of Pearls," Hyderabad offers a regal blend of Mughal, Turkish, and Arabic influences.
### What to Expect
Hyderabadi cuisine is famous for its "Dum" style of cooking—a slow-cooking method where the pot is sealed with dough to lock in every bit of aroma and flavor. You can expect a meal characterized by rich, nutty textures, tangy notes of tamarind, and a sophisticated use of spices that provide immense depth.
Important Dietary Notes:
- Ingredients: To stay true to the authentic heritage of the Nizams, this particular tasting menu will be heavy on mutton, dairy, and nuts.
- Allergies: Please note that we are unable to accommodate any food-based allergies for this event.

### The Experience
While we’re keeping the specific courses a surprise, we’ve curated a multi-course journey that captures the soul of the Deccan plateau. To complement the bold flavors, we will be serving a choice of alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, both specially themed to pair with the cuisine.
