Here is the plan for Saturday, February 21:
PART 1: Meet for drinks at Havana Vancouver, 1212 Commercial Drive, at 10 pm. I'll be the tall guy in a white t-shirt sitting at the bar or back table of the restaurant.)
PART 2: Travel together to the techno rave at 11 pm. The location will be disclosed the evening of the event. (Most events are in East Vancouver.)
