Grounding shamanic drumming to awaken the body and ground us to our root.
The ethereal tones from crystal singing bowls to carry us into our journey.
Gentle guided intention-setting to invite personal metamorphosis, insight, and release of what no longer serves
We will gather, set our prayers and intentions, and then you can simply lie down (or sit comfortably) in a supported, sacred space while being enveloped in waves of healing sound and vibration. No prior experience is needed – just come with an open heart and allow the Raven's medicine to work in you.What to expect:
Profound relaxation and nervous system reset
Emotional release, clarity, and spiritual downloads
Energetic cleansing and alignment
Vibrational lightening, and auric clearing.
Bring: If you have a preferred Yoga mat or blanket, pillow, eye mask (optional), water bottle, please feel free to bring them, there will be yoga mats and cushions provided by the studio. The only thing required is an open mind. Dress in comfortable layers.
