Then will open up to Q&A you are free to ask anything - your own challenges, observations, inner struggles or it could be more significant questions related to existence, peace - anything goes ...

We may sit in silence, or listen to a powerful bhajan or mantra, this may go for 10-20 minutes, depending on the feeling of the room ...
