Bring your favorite picnic/ potluck dish to share with friends!
This event is hosted by Kimberly Del Negro Schroeder and
Vegan Food & Friends.
However, the entire vegan community is invited and those wanting to learn more about eating plant foods and making friends are welcome to attend, we welcome everyone no matter where you are on your journey to eating plants this is a great event to learn, get support and enjoy great food with new friends.
We will have a few speakers to enjoy with topics like food activism a new frontier in the movement, how to grow your own food and a few surprises too!
Also, we are excited to have a free yoga class with Sarah Jean Lytle and she is amazing! She will have mats to borrow if you don't own one but bring them if you have them.
Bring the whole family and invite friends!
There is a playground & basketball court within view of 100 seat pavilion I hope we fill with all our friends! pack a lawn chair just in case seating runs out lol
We will be taking donations to help MUSIC CITY ANIMAL RESCUE so please if you can bring canned or dry food for cats and dogs also collars, leashes, toys, clump cat litter and anything that would be helpful in a rescue situation is greatly needed.
I have partnered with them to help save the lost and forgotten furry friends in need of help in Tennessee.
