**Sacred Cacao Ceremony & Gong Bath: Ancestral Healing**
November gifts us the opportunity to connect deeply with spirit - our ancestors in particular- as the veils are thin during this time. Ancestral healing is a powerful tool for releasing trauma, emotional wounds, and/or negative thought patterns that we carry from our families. And by healing ourselves, we can find liberate the karma we carry and spread the healing energy to generations prior and generations yet to come. "The past is not a burden; it is a scaffold which brought us to this day. We are free to be who we are—to create our own life out of our past and out of the present. We are our ancestors. When we can heal ourselves, we also heal our ancestors, our grandmothers, our grandfathers, and our children. When we heal ourselves, we heal Mother Earth.”- Grandmother Rita Pitka Blumenstein We will sit in a traditional circle and drink ceremonial strength cacao from Guatemala at the beginning of the ceremony. **Optional- bring a picture of an ancestor, familial song, or poem to share! With the Cacao Spirit and the healing power of Gong and Drum, let us receive divine messages and inspiration! Please do not eat 2 hours before the ceremony to let the cacao goddess have her full effect. This is my last ceremony before I take a break to prepare for motherhood. Please join me and a beautiful community with cacao. All are welcome to join!
