Healthy Spa Get-a-Way Day for Seniors 62 and up, or younger with extenuating circumstances.

Come relax and enjoy Gourmet Healthy Foods, State of the Art Healing and Exercise Equipment and Wellness instructions, all in a tranquil, nurturing and healing environment. Starting Wednesdays, March, 2016. This event is scheduled for every second Wednesday through October, 2017, unless noted otherwise.

You may ask, why are we doing this. We are offering this affordable package to seniors because we love seniors and want to assist you in improving your quality of life.

Senior's Healthy Spay Day Includes: (A $160 Value Package for just $25.00)*

• Healthy Lunch served between 12:30 pm and 1:00 pm

• Wellness Presentation at 1:30 pm ( may include a food prep demos)

• Use of all State of the Art Exercise Equipment (Body Vibe, Mini Trampoline, Slant Board)

• Use of all State of the Art Healing Equipment (Chi Machine, Bio-Mat, Low Level Laser therapy, Private Steam Bath, Alkaline Ionized Water)
