I am putting together my first Global 30 day Green Smoothie Challenge. The challenge is to make and drink a green smoothie everyday for 30 days. All you need is a variety of fresh and/or frozen fruit, leafy greens like spinach, kale, lettuces, mixed baby greens etc. and a blender.
You can start on 1/1/13 or 1/7/13.
I editing now and will have the ebook and video with recipes and the how and why you would want to drink leafy greens blended with fruit finished on this Sunday 1/30/12 so you can go shopping before our starting dates. These smoothies are super yummy and so good for you!
I am also creating a private FB group where all members can share their experiences, ask questions and we can hold each other accountable by posting what we are drinking daily.
You can replace any meal with a smoothie. Some may even want to replace two meals or for you hard core smoothie lovers you can do all 30 days blended.
I will be sharing lots of recipes for sweet and savory (blended soups) as well as inspiration, nutritional information and encouragement daily.
