What we’re about
We invite you to meet other people who are interested in the benefits of eating a plant based diet and living vegan. Many of our members are not vegans yet, and that matches our perspective of being inviting, inclusive, and non-judgmental about people's current dietary and lifestyle preferences. At the same time, we encourage members to join us and take a closer look at living plant based, and vegan.
Come to a local vegan Meetup event to have fun, meet new friends, and share plant based meals. Members at events are invited to discuss anything including the animal, health, nutrition, and environmental aspects of living plant based and vegan.
We hold pot lucks, meet at restaurants together, and host speakers.
Our membership is free and many of our events are free. We keep emails to a minimum, and if you want, you can turn off the emails altogether. Anyone interested in learning more about living plant based, and the vegan lifestyle is welcome!
The Vegan Las Vegas Meetup was founded by Daryl Elliott in June 2008 and is now co-run by Ina Mohan, and Daryl. Our group also has Event Organizers who contribute by organizing events. If you have an event that you would like to offer, please contact us.
