Thank you all for showing up last Saturday. I read the surveys and some said the food is very delicious but there's not enough food, This coming Saturday I will make sure to prepare more food so each person gets a full meal. Hope you will RSVP to this event and learn how to make tasty, affordable, nutritious meals! We will also learn from the best plant-based doctors and dietitians. This class is for anyone who wants to eat plant-based for optimum health.

Roasted Red Pepper Hummus with Whole Wheat Pita Bread and Raw Vegetables
