Join friends and new friends for London’s summer Thrive Longevity Festival.

Come for the Longevity Olympics, with testing available for everyone on the seven longevity predictor tests. Whether you’re participating and learning about yourself or simply cheering on the folks in the ring, this will be a fabulous and revealing session.

Enjoy complimentary supernutty pudding, herbal teas, and coffee/ bulletproof coffee.

### AGENDA

Arrive from 10am for bulletproof coffee/ coffee and choice of teas.

10:30am Opening meet and greet circle. Be on time so you get to meet your fellow longevity enthusiasts.

11am Longevity Olympics led by Peter Bell. Partner up and run through the seven longevity predictor tests. You’re really competing with your best (age adusted) self though there’ll be a bottle of high polyphenol EVOO for the best age adjusted performance on the day.

The seven longevity predictors are continuous pushups, sit-rise test, sit and reach, one leg stand, reaction time, waist-to-height ratio, grip strength. You can see the YouTube rundown here and check the data here.

While the Longevity Olympics run, you can cheer on the contestants, grab a supernutty pudding or a drink from the refreshments bar, jump in the sauna (and then the outside shower), try red light therapy, and hang out with new friends or have a go at the slapstick/ balance bar competition.

11:30am Slapstick/ balance bar competition with Simon Wisdom – a fun balancing competition that will run alongside the Longevity Olympics.

12:30pm Superveggie feast from Chef Nataliya: black lentil dopiaza dal, za’atar buckwheat, seedy salad, tamari mushrooms, cucumber pineapple kimchi, fermented vegetables, all freshly made by Chef Nataliya (or bring your own food, fridges are available)

1:30pm Biohacking on a budget – sleep edition, led by Ines Swan

2:30pm AI for health optimisation, presentation TBC

3:30pm Deadhang competition, test your grip strength, led by Jeremy and Ben

4pm Breathwork and ice bath, led by Sheian Alegria, qualified Wim Hof instructor. Sheian will share an interactive 90 minute deep dive into the 3 techniques of Wim Hof process: mindset, breath work, and cold exposure through the ice bath.

Learn how to conquer your fears, breath deeply, and feel comfortably happy in an ice bath.

The Wim Hof Method offers benefits including: increased energy, better sleep, reduced stress levels, heightened focus and determination, increased willpower, stronger immune system, and decreasing inflammation.

6pm Wind down with a relaxing and meditative gong bath in the drawing room, led by Nina

7pm Summer rave for the hardcore who just can’t stop!

We’ll take over the garden and entertaining spaces of a big beautiful private home in North London, near Alexandra Palace.
