Mt Tecumseh

Details
Greetings,
We'll depart the parking area at 9am together and return together.
I've seen 2 sources say it's an easy hike. Other sources say it's hard. Assume it's hard.
Elevation gain from start to top is 2,155'. For most people that's a rugged gain.
Some sources say it's a 4 hour hike. Expect it to go 5 hours.
This will be led by Donna who has been a long time Sierra member and is very experienced and familiar with this area. I will be in the middle and change my position in the group from time to time. I'll carry a first aid pack and orange mat.
From the parking lot, we'll take Mount Tecumseh trail, which follows Tecumseh brook. At some points, we may see some of the ski slope on our left. After 10-15 minutes we'll stop and make equipment and or clothing adjustments if needed. The trail crosses the brook at 2 locations. At about 1.7 miles the map shows a view point. We'll stop there for a short break. After 2.2 miles, the trail intersects with Sosman trail. We'll stay on Tecumseh trail. Shortly after the intersection it's .3 miles to the summit. We'll return to the parking lot the same way we came up.
If you are not a NH Sierra Club member, please become one as this is a Sierra Club event.
FYI, While researching, I read AMC took Tecumseh off the 48 list because a recent elevation check found the mountain a few feet under 4000'.
I have room for 3 in my vehicle. It's a long drive from southern NH.
