What we're about

RDUCH Prime Timers is the Triangle area Chapter of the Prime Timers World-Wide organization, www.primetimersww.org, which has chapters in most major US cities and beyond. We are a social organization of gay/bisexual men from all occupations of society, over the age of 21, who enjoy social, educational and other such activities together. It is not a dating service.

Each month we offer a regular schedule of events at restaurants, pot luck dinners or movies in members’ homes, occasional outings to museums, picnics, movie theaters and such, providing the opportunity to enjoy these events together, meet new friends and renew old friendships.

WE ARE PRESENTLY HOSTING ONLY VIRTUAL MEETINGS DURING THE PANDEMIC UNTIL IT IS SAFE TO RESUME OUR NORMAL ACTIVITIES.

We welcome new members. If you are a gay/bisexual man, 21 years and older, interested in socializing with other similar mature men, RDUCH Prime Timers is the organization for you.

We are a discreet organization and carefully protect the privacy of our members.

We encourage you view our social calendar, join us at one of our scheduled events, and become acquainted with our Chapter members.

RDUCH Prime Timers is the local Chapter of Prime Timers Worldwide (http://www.primetimersww.org).

Also, if you RSVP Yes, then you will be able to see the link. If you have used zoom already, update to version 5.0 before joining this meeting and Zoom will be forcing folks to upgrade beginning on May 31st. Use your most convenient device whether that is a desktop computer, a laptop computer, smartphone, or a tablet. To get the most out of this videoconferencing technology, you will want to use a device that has a camera, microphone, and speakers. For smartphone or tablet users, download the "ZOOM Cloud Meetings" app from the Apple app store or the Play Store. Once downloaded, start the app and click the "Join" option. Once you click Join, you will be asked to enter the meeting ID. I will send the meeting ID and password separately for security reasons. One the same screen that you enter the meeting ID, ensure that you turn OFF the Join options. Finally, if the app asks for permission to use your device's camera and microphone, make sure you say yes or allow for the best experience. If you are joining from a desktop or laptop, then all you need to do is open your favorite web browser (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Safari, or Firefox) and go to www.zoom.com. Once at the zoom web page, click on the Join a Meeting link at the top of the page. Follow the instructions to enter the meeting ID and go from there. Stay well and safe, everybody!
