🎤 Talk 1: Measuring developer experience and efficiency at GitHub
by Catherine Weilaender, Senior Product Manager at Github, and co-organizer of Women && Code
With experience leading the development of web, mobile, and enterprise software across SaaS, e-commerce, pharmaceuticals, and government sectors, Catherine turns ambitious ideas into reality alongside exceptional teams.
Catherine’s Session
In this talk, Catherine will share how GitHub approaches measuring and improving developer experience across cross-functional teams. She will walk us through the methodologies and frameworks they use to understand developer efficiency and collaboration — helping us see what building through the developers’ eyes truly looks like.
🎤 Talk 2: Adaptive eBPF SOC – Detecting Rootkits in Cloud-Native Environments
by Constanze B. Roedig, Founder of FusionCore.ai and CNCF Ambassador
Constanze spent over 15 years designing and implementing resilient complex systems for finance and government. Her focus is on the evolution of behavior. Created the K8s Stormcenter for Open Threat Intelligence. Her research is on improving security using modern and emerging technologies such as eBPF, WebAssembly and AI. She is particularly keen on practical and achievable security implementations

Modern security challenges demand modern defenses. In this talk, Constanze B. Roedig introduces an innovative approach to runtime cloud security: an adaptive eBPF-based Security Operations Center (SOC). She’ll walk us through detecting rootkits in containerized environments.
