My name is Ryland Taniguchi and I am currently focusing on BRRRR strategy in Tacoma and Pierce county and Land Development in Seattle. I studied Construction Management at University of Washington and have done a lot in the field including foundation work, painting, finish carpentry, framing, roofing, general contracting, etc.

I co-organize this meetup with expert investors, Dima Suslikov and Tatiana Gershanovich of Sound Housing. They have a lot of experience to share as they have a vast portfolio of projects including lease options, flips, rentals, multi-family and new constructions including SFRs, Townhome / Rowhouse developments, multi-family complexes and subdivisions.

We are frequently joined by self-directed IRA expert Ruben Villaneuvo from Service Financial.

We do NOT pitch products or services during our workshop - the objective is to share knowledge.

While we try to tackle different subjects on different weeks - we keep it to Questions / Answers format.

We will arrange to have the food delivered by 6:30PM. On the website, it says that it might take up to 75 minutes for delivery. So, please have your order in by 5:15PM on Wednesday (11/9), so that it gets delivered by 6:30PM. We chose Rice and Spice (Thai Restaurant) to try this out. Everybody pays for what they order - so, this is cool!
