The topic of this month's meetup will be an overall update on the recent market shift and how we are currently navigating it and what works for us and what doesn't. Also we will have a special guest speaker, Amanda who has recently closed on her first 2 flip projects. She will be sharing what she is learning and how she is navigating the deals.
