Many organisations have a vision of creating sophisticated lifecycle programs and enabling personalisation at scale – investment towards this is often heavily focused on establishing the right technical foundations and picking the best shiny new platforms.

In this presentation, the REA Marketing Technology, Audience and Lifecycle Teams put forward the (possibly spicy) notion that standing up the tech is the easiest part.

Organising and upskilling your teams, fostering a culture of cross-functional collaboration and instilling best practice thinking are often the key ingredients vendors and agencies miss calling out when selling the dream.

We’ll chat through the learnings we’ve gained from the ~15+ companies we’ve met with over the last couple of years, the common pain points and how to navigate them.

By taking you through our own journey and experiences onboarding onto Braze and Tealium CDP – we’ll share our insights and practical recommendations for setting up a Centre of Excellence operational model – including why this different kind of investment is necessary, to make the most out of your MarTech.
