Upcoming Tooling in React 19: View Transitions & Offscreen Activities

Join us as we explore two exciting APIs coming later in React 19’s release schedule. We’ll discuss the reasons behind these feature releases, the problems they solve in the web ecosystem, and simple ways to integrate them into your existing applications.
This presentation will build upon fundamental web development concepts, so all levels of React proficiency are welcome! Questions and group discussion are encouraged throughout the evening.
An interactive, follow-along repository will be provided, so please bring your laptop with a current version of Node.js and NPM installed, your IDE of choice (VS Code will be used for demonstration), and a registered GitHub account.
