18:35 - React 2025: How Did We Get Here? Why? And What’s Next? - Eduard Lazar, Senior Software Engineer @ Riverside

From the early 2010s up until now, React has evolved significantly—from class components to hooks and beyond.
But APIs change, and the real question is: What truly matters when designing applications that stand the test of time?
In this talk, we’ll explore React’s journey, uncover the big ideas behind it, and try to understand together —can we still write a good app in 2025?

Eduard is a seasoned Software Engineer with over 10 years of expertise in software development(backend, frontend, devops, mobile, desktop). Focusing on finding the right solutions to solve real business problems within given constraints.
Out-of-the-box thinking. Team player. High communication skills. Inspired by sharing knowledge and helping others grow along the way.

19:05 - Yafit Hamilton, Full-Stack Software Engineer | Crafting UX-Aware Systems with a Love for Code @ Cellebrite - more details TBA!

19:50 - Harnessing the React Compiler: A Real-World Implementation -Bar Molot, Full Stack Team Lead @ Arpeely

In this talk, we'll explore how the new React Compiler automates memoization and eliminates unnecessary re-renders to boost performance and scalability—without manual tuning.
We'll also share how our team integrated it into our existing React 18 codebase, the decisions that led us there, and the real-world impact it had on our UI responsiveness and developer workflow.

Bar Molot is a Full Stack Team Lead at Arpeely, where he leads the development of the company's core backoffice application—a real-time, offline-first platform that empowers employees to manage and monitor every aspect of Arpeely's operations.
Bar is passionate about building resilient systems that provide consistent user experiences regardless of connectivity.
In his free time, you'll find him bonding with animals, conquering virtual realms, and perfecting gymnastics and calisthenics moves.
