Technologies are ever changing and since we're building our applications on the shoulders of giants like React, GraphQL, ... We have to stay up-to-date with the newest trends.
We at Codifly strongly believe in using the newest technologies, that's why we're organising a meetup to showcase these for you. This event is being organised in collaboration with HoGent at Campus Aalst (Arbeidstraat 14, 9300 Aalst), Broeikas room (ground floor). The meetup will start at 7:00 pm and will end around 9:30 pm (after which there will be food and drinks at the premise).
Content workshop:
- What's GraphQL
- Advantages against REST
- How to work with queries (fragments, variables, etc.)
- How to work with mutations
- How to use Apollo Client queries and mutations
After the slides we will get our hands dirty with some backend GraphQL exercises and some frontend Apollo Client exercises.
Don't forget your laptop since you'll need it for the exercises!
