PERFORMANCE OPTIMIZATION IN REACT

Matúš König, Frontend Engineer, Mews

Every application reaches a point, where it can't do any faster. We will disscuss common code weak points and real-life misconceptions about performance. We will learn simple ways to identify and fix performance pitfals and write fast code from the first keystroke. Enjoy the deep dive into fluent web applications, fast codebases and a world of endless optimalization.

Matúš is a frontend engineer at Mews working at Reservations team. While they are a product team, performance optimalization and scalability is his thing for quite a time. He got a passion into frontend when He was of a young age and it never left him since. He is also a student of Charles university interested in AI.

Miguel Jacinto, Frontend Developer, Pipedrive

A look into when and why react rerenders and some tricks to avoid it.

Miguel is portuguese but he has been living in Prague for 2 years. Have been working as a developer for around 9 years, started as a fullstack PHP developer and started working in pipedrive almost 5 years ago which is when he started working with frontend and react too.
