A developer, manager, mentor and investor about conways law
Details
- This event will be hosted online -
People and organizations build products and deliver services. How products are built and decisions are made is surprisingly often a reflection of how the people and organizations building them are structured and managed. Thomas shares his experiences as a developer, manager, mentor and investor on why it is vital for you to understand this interaction - regardless if you are a founder, part of a start-up or multinational corporation.
The plan:
- a short introduction to the topic
- real-world examples from Thomas' experience
- discussing your own scenarios and Q&A
