Microdosing JS errors: Why we got rid of Microfrontends

The talk: Monorepos promise speed, autonomy, and happiness. We believed them.

With NX, Module Federation, and split deployments, every team could ship independently, at least in theory. What we got instead: 40-minute CI builds, 4-minute local builds, thousands of duplicated assets, broken security fixes, and a lot of "works on my machine".

In this talk: why we consolidated to one UI, one build, one shared release. The architect on why technical autonomy without organizational alignment breaks down. The Ops engineer on how builds went from 40 minutes to 1: mostly deleting things, plus some optimization.
