Let's get you started off right with some exploration of the "IndieWeb" and what goes into making your own website. We'll go from nothing to hooked up, built, deployed, and hosted on your own URL (if you have one).

Mike Mathew started the ReactJS Dallas meetup almost ten years ago and continues to organize all events. He works as a Senior Software Engineer at Text-Em-All in Frisco. Mike also owns his own business Presto Assistant that makes tools for fine arts teachers and administrators. He's keen to teach others about how to take control of their content, wrestling control back from the clutches of the large technology platforms. The web should be fun and informational, and we can do that again!
