January Book Club Meetup - Book People

It's our first meeting of the new year!

We'll be meeting at Coffee People, the cafe inside Book People. Look for a big table and our group's logo on a laptop...

Like the name says, there is no assigned book for this book club. Just show up talk about whatever you've been reading...novels, short stories, poems, magazine articles... maybe you just want to show up and get recommendations and connect with other readers.

The format is a roundtable discussion. Everyone will have a chance to present what they've been reading, and discussion, questions and crosstalk are encouraged.

There is a limit of 12 people for this event, but the number usually ends up being 8-10. There is a wait list if it gets full, and a few spots always open up in the last 48 hours, so don’t despair if you didn’t grab a spot.
Everyone will have a chance to talk about what they've been reading and there is usually time left over for general conversation.
