RBGS presents Sunday Gaming at Pentahotel

IMPORTANT NOTICE
With the closure of Phantom we have been looking for a new Sunday home. Penta hotel has been welcoming and seems to fit the bill. This is a trial event. Should this go well then we will use this venue going forwards for Sunday events.

PERENNIAL INFORMATION
A popular session of general gaming, covering all styles and levels of complexity. This session will take place every Sunday.

The event starts at 13:00, with most people arriving at that time. You're unlikely to be waiting too long for a game but it may still be worth posting on here if you are going to be arriving later.

Please bring along anything you fancy playing, or just come with an open mind and join in with what others have brought; there will always be plenty of games present. There is generally a good mix of quick and more involved games going on.

The hotel doesn't charge us for using their fantastic space. This allows us to not charge for the event, so please do spend something across the bar if you can afford to.

HOW TO FIND US:
We will be at the back of the dining area. Walk straight ahead as you come through the revolving door (passing the bar on your left). You'll know us by the large piles of games and gamers spread around the area.

It is less than 10 minutes walk from the train station and the centre of town.

FOOD & DRINK:
The hotel bar serves hot and cold beverages. There is also a decent selection of cooked food available to order.

ANYTHING ELSE?

• The hotel is open all hours so you can stay on beyond 18:00 should you wish.
• Every game is personally owned by one of our members, so please treat them with respect and be especially careful with food and drink.
• At the moment there is no charge for this event. We are not a professional organisation and the hosts and organisers give their time freely to make this happen and to share their love of gaming.
• Any problems before, during or after the event please message or speak to the host(s) in the first instance, or message any member of the Leadership Team and someone should get back to you.
