📚 Reading for Connection – First Book Club Gathering

I'm hosting a relaxed book discussion at a local café and would love to meet others who enjoy meaningful conversations and connecting through books.

For our first gathering, we'll be reading Attached by Amir Levine and Rachel Heller, which explores attachment styles and how they can shape our relationships.

This isn't a therapy or self-help group, and there's no expectation to share personal experiences. The aim is simply to discuss the ideas in the book, what resonated, what surprised us, and hear different perspectives in a friendly and welcoming setting.

☕ Where: Little Royal Cafe
📅 When: 02/08/26
⏰ Time: 1pm
📖 Book: Attached (no pressure to finish the whole book!)

Whether you're interested in psychology, relationships, personal growth, or just meeting thoughtful people over coffee, you're very welcome to join.

A few gentle ground rules:
• Share as much or as little as you'd like
• Listen with curiosity and respect
• We're here to discuss books and ideas, not to provide advice or counselling
• New members are always welcome

If this sounds like your kind of evening, come along and say hello!
