What we’re about
Reading Not Required is a casual book club for women in San Diego. As the name suggests, you don't need to read or finish the book to join. It's a space for women to hang out and make new friends. The book is mostly an ice breaker and we do not have discussion questions.
We meet on the last Tuesday of every month at 7 pm at The Ould Sod on Adams Ave in Normal Heights. We usually have about 30-50 people in attendance and organize into small tables of 6-8 people. We are always outside on the back patio. If it's colder out, we'll be in the more indoor portion of the patio or the heaters will be on outside.
Most of the women in attendance are in their 20s or 30s, but all women of all ages are welcome.
