Is Poetry Fun?
We are running a Poetry Workshop on Sunday, 2nd November at 6pm at The Rising Sun Arts Centre as part of their Friends of the Rising Sun Weekend. The workshop will be exploring perceptions about poetry from early years to adulthood. Are you a poet but don’t know it? There will be a chance to bring out your inner poet with a writing session based on Dreading Slam’s November Quick Fire theme of Memories.
Dreading Slam will be taking place immediately afterwards at 7.30pm so why not make a night of it and come for the workshop and stay for the Slam.
