He is also the co-founder of Y2 Capital Group, a private lending fund that helps everyday investors earn up to 12% secured returns backed by real estate. Karl’s experience spans acquisitions, management, private lending, and creative deal structuring. His transition from a W2 job to financial freedom has been a journey. His practical, no-fluff approach to business is straightforward and actionable for brand new investors to more seasoned veterans.
