Their hands-on experience spans acquisitions, renovations, operations, and long-term portfolio growth—making them a valuable resource for both new and seasoned investors.

In addition to their real estate success, they also own and operate Panel Swap, an electrical company that gives them a unique advantage when it comes to rehabs, value-add strategies, and controlling renovation costs. Their dual perspective as investors and service providers allows them to see deals differently—and execute them efficiently.
