🏃 Week session – Wednesday ~10 km
• Starting from Reading (Forbury Gardens or Christchurch Meadows)
• Departure at 6:30, so the aim is to already be warmed up by then
• Classic Thames Path route to Rivermead Park
• Flexible day — can be moved in the week
You may not have found a running group that fully matches your expectations (schedule, location) — if so, this group might be for you if:
• You run mainly to stay in shape and decompress (no intervals, no structured training plans)
• You’re already a regular runner — though “slower” runners and beginners are very welcome, especially to connect with similar levels 🤝
