Addison (Gallery) and Autographs (Tavern)

We'll begin the afternoon at the Addison Gallery of American Art -- an impressive free gallery on the historic campus of Phillips Academy in Andover. One exhibit looks at performance, visual arts, and exploring identity. The other exhibit features photos of two people sharing a space, and the meanings we may find in those pairings. There are also selections from the Addison's permanent collection of 28,000 pieces.
After the gallery, we'll head a few blocks down the hill to Autograph American Tavern in downtown Andover -- a big airy space where we can have lunch and count the days 'til spring!
