About us

This group will be dedicated to reading women's work of all kinds, from fiction to manifestos. I would like to move through time and place starting from the 1700s, weaving through the subjects of gender politics, feminist literary criticism, and the intersections of class and race. I hope this allows us to form a foundation of understanding on how and why women's work, politics and feminisms progressed through the centuries.

All genders and levels of prior knowledge will be welcomed in discussion - I look forward to hearing about your expertise or curiosities. Please reach out to me with any recommendations that you would like to read as a group.

Until then,
Callia
