Another bold Sunday creative writing

Dear all

As you may know, I have taken over the organising of the meetings of the group, but I would very much like to hear from members what you want from the meetings. Do you want to read out your latest piece, to get constructive feedback? Do you want to learn more about creative writing? Do you want to give or receive advice? Would you like to write to set themes? Be challenged to write something off the cuff in 15 minutes, or confront a genre never tackled before, or collaborate on ideas for a story, a poem or a play?

As I have only just taken over the role of organiser, at this stage of inviting you to the next meeting, I expect to maintain the current format of introducing ourselves and reading out short passages of WIPs, which has worked in the past. However, if you respond with what you want the format of the meeting to be, it can be changed.

I look forward to hearing from you in the meantime and seeing as many of you in July.
