The book we will read for the meeting in April will be

The novel originally published in 2020 in German-language was later translated into English. The story based in a German village revolves around Carl Kollhoff, a 72-year-old bookseller in a town in Germany, who delivers books to his customers' doorsteps, and his unexpected friendship with 9-year-old Schascha. This novel is a love letter to books, bookstores, and the communities they create.
