• Please only use small talk as a quick bridge to a deeper topic
• Listen without interrupting
• Please listen to gain understanding, not to rebuttal

• Kindly respond to what the last person said before sharing what you have to contribute
• We keep meetings short to be considerate of those prone to social energy depletion.
