Hey Everybody!
We will be holding the event at one of the Sound Housing's Rehab / New Construction projects in Admiral Neighborhood in Seattle. The project is in the construction phase, so smoking inside is not an issue. If the weather permits, the rooftop deck will also be accessible with a nice view :

There is no set topic for discussion.
You don't have to smoke cigars to join in. We will have a selection of cigars available at the event.
There is no set end time - we will go until everybody is just done talking about Real Estate. We will have an ice making machine + some whiskey / beer / other beverages as well to enjoy.
The parking is limited around the site. Please, do not park in the Alley. Neighborhood parking is free.
