Real Estate Deal Decisions is a learning and discussion community for people evaluating rental properties, small multifamily buildings, and mixed-use real estate.
WHO SHOULD JOIN
New and experienced investors, rental-property owners, and people considering their first investment property are welcome.
WHAT WE DO
We host online teaching sessions, example-deal breakdowns, and member discussions. Together, we examine rent assumptions, operating expenses, financing, cash flow, and risks that an attractive listing can hide.
Events include practical examples, questions, and opportunities for members to share perspectives and learn from one another. Our focus is making clearer buy, reprice, or pass decisions—not promoting properties for sale or pooling investment money.
DUES AND EVENT FEES
There are currently no membership dues. Our initial online event series is free. Any future event fee will be clearly disclosed before registration.
ORGANIZER AND BUSINESS AFFILIATION
The group is organized by Ray Durbin, a real estate investor and independent deal advisor, and is associated with his real estate advisory work. Ray offers separate paid advisory services outside the group. Joining the group or attending its free events does not require purchasing those services.
